Our Story
About What We Do & How We Got Here
The Brokerage was established by Doug Tullis in May 1991. In October 1991, Walter Tullis joined the firm. Initially it concentrated on short term insurance but by the turn of the century, the scope of the business was increased to provide long term insurance as well.
Currently the brokerage is headed by Walter Tullis and ably assisted by Yvonne Kriel, short term admin and Dorinda Botha, long term admin.
Walter Tullis is well qualified in the field of finance and insurance having obtained the following qualifications:
- Bachelors of Commerce from Unisa
- Diploma in Insurance from the Insurance Institute of South Africa
- Diploma in Financial Planning from the University of the Orange Free State
- Mr Tullis is currently a Fellow of the Institute of Life and Pension Advisers, a member of the Financial Planning Institute and an Associate of the Insurance Institute
